Membership Requirements

Note: Open Enrollment Occurs Every 30 Days

A. The program will consist of Indigenous-owned businesses.
B. Have an established business entity, such as an LLC, Inc., or Self-Supported Ministry.
C. Once provided, sign a Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Agreement.
D. Establish a professional website and business email address.
E. Open a business checking account.
F. Register with NAV.com [This will give you a business profile]
G. Have a physical address or obtain a virtual mailing address for a registered agent business.

I. Register your business with “ListYourself.net”
J. Every Member must submit a brief three (3) proposal regarding your ministry’s objective.
K. Obtain SEO Optimization: 100 local citations.
L. Have their business report with the primary credit reporting agencies.
M. Set up an Invoicing Account with “WAVEapp.com.”
N. Accept and trade our IGF virtual coins, when we reach that plateau in our mission.

Funding Distribution

Each member will receive up to $1.5 million credit which shall be issued from Indigenous Global Funding.

The funds must be used to investment in businesses and projects that uphold Tribal principles and encourage environmental and social responsibility, ie., community gardens, tiny home communities etc.

Training, Support, and Community Reinvestment

Training and Support

  • The IGFT-CCEP staff will provide training and support services to help members maximize the benefits of this program.
  • Training topics may include contract negotiation, credit management, marketing, and business planning.
  • Members will have access to a network of mentors and advisors who can provide guidance and support.

Community Reinvestment

  • A portion of the program’s profits will be allocated to a Community Reinvestment Fund (CRF).
  • The CRF will support community development projects, such as infrastructure improvements, education initiatives, and social programs.
  • The allocation of CRFs will be determined by a vote of the cooperative membership.

Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

A. The IGFT-CCEP will be evaluated annually to assess its impact on member businesses and the Autochthon Kingdom community.
B. Key performance indicators, such as member satisfaction, contract fulfillment rates, and economic growth, will be tracked and analyzed.
C. The program will undergo continuous improvement based on member feedback and performance data to ensure its long-term success and sustainability.
D. By implementing the IGFT-CCEP with these specific requirements and guidelines, the community can create a robust, transparent, and accountable system that fosters economic growth, mutual support, and community reinvestment.
E. Members must register their business and be willing to have their business report with the primary credit reporting agencies.
