I am a visionary leader who is committed to developing people. I am fundamentally motivated to teach people as I leave a legacy and influence those entrusted into my care. My church leadership and higher education background have allowed me to use my strengths in teaching/training, public speaking, community outreach, networking, consulting, and organizational health, as well as involvement with various cross-cultural initiatives.
